These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZeNewsWire (the “Service”), operated by Chongqing Zelixing Technology Co., Ltd. (重庆泽立行科技有限责任公司) (“ZeNewsWire”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
ZeNewsWire is a press-release distribution service. We distribute client-provided announcements to third-party media outlets across crypto, finance, technology and general news, on an à la carte or packaged basis. We act as an aggregator and reseller of distribution across a network of outlets and distribution partners.
2. Orders & content
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of all content you submit. You confirm you hold all rights necessary to publish and distribute it.
- Content must not be false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or in breach of any law or of an outlet’s editorial guidelines.
- We may edit for format, decline, or require changes to any submission that an outlet or we reasonably consider unsuitable, high-risk, or non-compliant.
- Prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).
3. Placement & delivery
- “Guaranteed placement” means we guarantee publication on the specific outlet(s) you order, subject to your content meeting that outlet’s guidelines. If a guaranteed outlet cannot publish compliant content, we will substitute a comparable outlet or refund the value allocated to that outlet.
- Turnaround times (including “same-day”) are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Timing depends on outlet schedules and third parties outside our control.
- Outlets are independent third parties. We do not control, and are not responsible for, an outlet’s editorial decisions, formatting, placement duration, or a later decision to amend or remove an article.
- We do not guarantee any specific business outcome — traffic, readership, search ranking, engagement, price movement, or coverage beyond the ordered placements.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to distribute unlawful content, securities or investment solicitations that violate applicable law, fraudulent or deceptive claims, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates these Terms.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout. Distribution begins only after payment is confirmed. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeNewsWire’s total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of third-party outlets and payment providers.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ZeNewsWire harmless from any claim arising out of content you submit or your breach of these Terms.
